Rules
You most finish in side the time the race you have entered or you will be either moved up a race or downpour the prizes.please enter the right race so that or races can start on time please.{ if you run 24.o2 and you where in the 20 to 24 min race then you get moved to the 24 to 30 min race and stand a chance of winning the prize money}

Route
The route is around the one way system in Lisburn city centre. It will be 3 1/4 loops starting and finishing on Bow street. Its an Official measured course
